Arto blames himself for blindly trusting Chini and allowing his jealousy of Dhairya to affect his relationship with Ginni and their family. Chini had convinced Arto that Imlie had moved on and that Rana's position in her life had been taken by Dhairya. Arto admits his mistake and apologizes to Imlie, who reveals that Chini had manipulated him. Arto realizes that if Chini hadn't deleted the evidence against her, he would have continued to harbor hatred towards Imlie for the rest of his life.
Imlie reassures him and tells him that the important thing is that he discovered the truth about Chini before it was too late. The inspector inquiries about Chini's whereabouts, prompting Shivani and Imlie to suggest seeking information from Anu, who was last seen with Chini. Chini hides in a secluded place, overwhelmed by panic, believing that nobody will be able to find her there. She finds solace in the fact that Arto forgave her despite her confession, hoping that everything will eventually be alright. Rana's family pressurizes Anu to disclose Chini's location, but Anu denies having any knowledge of it.
Devika expresses their determination to ensure justice for Dhairya, while Shivani blames Anu for Chini's reckless behavior. Rudra and Shivani firmly believe that Chini will be caught and rightfully punished. The police assure everyone that they will ensure Chini does not leave the town. Arto presents Imlie with the locket she had returned to him earlier, noting how carefully she had kept it. He expresses his remorse for not valuing her gesture and asks her not to feel bad. Arto pleads with her to accept him once more, confessing that he cannot imagine a life without her. He longs for her presence in his life and requests that she keep the locket again, assuring her that he will cherish it as long as he lives. However, Imlie interrupts him, urging him not to speak about death and reminding him to consider Kairi's well-being. She emphasizes that she had only loved Arto, but he chose to be with Chini, resulting in the birth of their daughter. Imlie implores them both to think about Kairi's future and not act selfishly.
