In today's episode, the doctor informs Anuj that he administered a sleep-inducing injection to Anu, but its effects won't last long. The doctor suggests that Anu needs to overcome her trauma. Anuj sits there, stunned by the news. Pakhi asks Anuj if he's not going to call Anupama. Anuj explains that he doesn't want to disrupt Anupama's flight and decides that no one will inform her about Anu's condition. Pakhi reminds him that there are only 7 hours left before Anupama's departure. Malti realizes that Anupama will be under immense stress until she boards the flight. Anupama confides in Nakul that in the next 7 hours, she will have to leave behind all her relationships. Just then, Anu calls out for Anupama. Anuj asks Anu to understand that he is there for her.
Anupama checks with Kanta to ensure that everything is packed. Kanta mentions that she didn't pack any extra baggage and advises Anupama not to carry any either. Anupama assures Kanta that everything is under control. Bhavesh notes that there are only 4 hours left, urging them to leave. Kanta becomes emotional, and Bhavesh asks Anupama about Bhairvi. Anupama replies that Bhairvi is with Malti and Nakul, excited about the trip. Anupama herself becomes emotional. Kanta asks Anupama to start getting ready. Meanwhile, Anu calls out for Anupama. Pakhi and Barkha sit there, feeling stressed. Adhik asks Ankush if anything will happen to Anu. Ankush advises Adhik to remain positive. Anuj realizes that Anu needs Anupama, but he feels helpless. He looks at a picture of Anupama and leaves the room. Ankush follows Anuj in a hurry.
Anupama requests Kanta to serve her the last cup of tea for the day. To her surprise, she finds the Shah family gathered at the house. Leela explains that they are there with Kanta's permission. Leela encourages Anupama to taste the tea, which she enjoys. Anupama reveals that she had called Hasmuk and Samar. Vanraj and Leela acknowledge that Hasmuk and Samar are important to her. However, Anupama laments that they are not with her. Kavya remarks on the irony of life. Anuj becomes anxious, thinking about Anu's condition. Ankush provides support and takes care of Anuj. Adhik suggests to Ankush that they should inform Anupama about the situation, as it is the right time to do so. However, Anuj interrupts and declares that no one should inform Anupama about anything. He decides to handle Anu on his own.
Anupama, accompanied by the Shah family, engages in a heartfelt prayer to God. She requests everyone to allow her some time to have a personal conversation with Lord Krishna. Meanwhile, Barkha and Pakhi attempt to handle Anu's situation. Barkha urges Pakhi to leave as there are only a few hours remaining before Anupama's departure. Anuj requests Pakhi not to disclose anything about Anu to Anupama. Anupama earnestly prays to God, asking for divine protection and well-being for everyone, including Anuj and Anu. Suddenly, Anu calls out for Anuj, causing a stir among the family members. Vanraj urges Anupama to come along, reminding her that time is running out. Anupama, deeply concerned, asks God to take care of everyone before anxiously noticing that a picture of Anuj and Anu falls from its place.
