At the beginning of today's episode, Kinjal approached Anupama and inquired about what had happened. Anupama revealed that her purse had gone missing. Suddenly, Pakhi rushed over and tearfully embraced Anupama. Concerned, Anupama asked Pakhi what the matter was and if everything was alright. Through her sobs, Pakhi shared with Anupama that she had made up her mind to leave, but remembered something that Anuj had said. Lost in her thoughts, she contemplated her relationship with Anu and eventually confessed to Anupama that she couldn't imagine living without her. Anupama comforted Pakhi and expressed her curiosity about Anu's well-being. This revelation left Pakhi in a state of shock, unable to respond. Sensing Pakhi's hesitation, Anupama urged her to speak up and share any information regarding Anu.
Pakhi decided to deceive Anupama and informed her that Anu was currently asleep. Anupama, unaware of the truth, requested Pakhi to take care of Anu as the elder sister. In response, Pakhi asserted that she may not be an old-fashioned individual but would be responsible when Anupama wasn't looking. She expressed remorse for her past misbehavior towards Anupama. Pakhi reassured Anupama that she would look after Anu and other relationships just like her. Reflecting on their childhood, Pakhi mentioned how she never allowed Anupama to leave her side. Anupama fondly recalled how Pakhi used to hold her back and insist on accompanying her everywhere. Pakhi insisted that this time, regardless of the circumstances, Anupama should not hold back. Anupama continued her departure, leaving the Shahs, Kanta, and Bhavesh in tears. Anu called out for Anupama, prompting her to rush out of the room. Anuj, Ankush, and Barkha followed closely behind, trying to console Anu. Malti approached Anupama and asked where she was going. Anupama explained that she was en route to the airport. Vanraj requested Anupama to close her eyes and focus on her goal, but he became restless himself. Anupama's mind wandered back to the past. Suddenly, she received a call from Anuj, leaving her stunned. Meanwhile, Malti Devi believed that once Anupama boarded her flight to the USA, she would be able to handle her situation effectively.
Vanraj inquired about Anupama's state of mind. Anupama revealed to Vanraj that she couldn't hear anything. Concerned, Vanraj advised her to hang up the call. Anupama sat there restlessly. Kanta expressed how much she missed Anupama, while Leela confessed that she didn't want to return home without her. Finally, Vanraj, Anupama, and Paritosh arrived at the airport.
