As Akshay's suspicion started to grow, he was interrupted by the return of Ranbeer and Mihika, both wearing broad smiles. Curiosity sparked in Vishaka, who asked them where they had been.
Ranbeer effortlessly brushed off the topic with his charming demeanor, diverting attention away from their absence. As the Teej ritual commenced later on, Ranbeer and Prachi exchanged glances filled with longing and a tinge of jealousy.
When Pandit Ji announced for the wedded couple to step forward, Ashok eagerly urged Ranbeer and Mihika to go ahead. With a nod, they moved to the front, where Pandit Ji blessed their union and showered them with compliments.
Mihika responded with a warm smile, but Prachi's face twisted with anger. Prachi clenched her fists tightly, visibly seething with rage.
In the midst of the tense atmosphere, the priest instructed Akshay and Prachi to step forward after Mihika and Ranbeer. As Pandit Ji announced that it was time for Ranbeer to apply kumkum (blessed vermillion) on Mihika's forehead, Ranbeer reached out to take a pinch of it.
But just as he was about to perform the ritual, Prachi abruptly grabbed his hand, causing the kumkum to slip from his fingers and land on her own hairline. The unexpected turn of events left everyone in the room utterly shocked.
Prachi stormed out of the room, and Akshay quickly followed her, concerned about her well-being. Meanwhile, Mihika made her exit as well, prompting Ranbir to chase after her.
As they found themselves alone, Mihika took a moment to remind Ranbir about the significance of the Pooja and emphasized that their union was devoid of love. Prachi confided in Akshay, expressing her overwhelming guilt for participating in the charade.
She confessed that she had taken away so much from him, robbing him of the opportunity to be with someone who truly loved him wholeheartedly. Prachi couldn't hold back her tears as she contemplated the consequences of her actions.
Akshay, understanding her pain, offered comfort and reassurance, urging her to find someone she genuinely loved and deserved. He emphasized that their happiness should be their priority.
With heartfelt sincerity, Akshay expressed his own contentment and stated that he didn't desire anything beyond finding true love.
He reassured Prachi that seeing her happy was all he ever wanted, even if it meant they would eventually part ways to pursue their individual paths to love and fulfillment.
