During their search, Anuj discovers that Anu has returned to the orphanage in Mumbai. Both Vanraj and Anuj decide to bring Anu back home. Kavya starts doubting herself, questioning whether she will be a good mother.
However, Kinjal encourages Kavya to trust in her own abilities. Pakhi steps in to uplift Kavya's spirits and boost her confidence. Anuj and Vanraj are utterly shocked to see Anu with Anupama.
The Shah family discovers that Anupama is with Anu. Anu reveals to Anuj and Vanraj that Anupama never actually left her.
Intrigued, Anuj and Vanraj inquire why Anupama decided to return. Overwhelmed with gratitude, Anu expresses her thanks to God for sending Anupama back.
However, the situation takes a sudden turn as Anupama faints. She is immediately taken back to her house. Malti decides to have a conversation with Anupama.

Anupama reflects on her journey and acknowledges that despite giving up on her dreams, she has emerged victorious.
Everyone warmly greets Anupama upon her return, and Choti Anu joyfully declares that she always believed her mother would come back to her.
Barkha attempts to inquire about the reason behind Anupama's sudden return, but Anuj intervenes and requests her to give Anupama some time to settle in before discussing it further.
Anupama proceeds to pay her respects to Maya's photograph, assuring her that she no longer needs to worry because Choti Anu now has her Yashoda Ma back.
She lights a diya as a symbol of hope and love. Witnessing this heartfelt moment, everyone feels a deep sense of pride and admiration for Anupama, recognizing her selflessness and commitment to being there for Choti Anu.
Leela informs the members of the Shah family that since Anupama has returned, they no longer need to take Choti Anu away, which causes everyone to roll their eyes in exasperation.
Meanwhile, in a contrasting scene, Malti Devi is passionately performing a tandav dance in her dimly lit studio, expressing her emotions and inner turmoil through her movements.
After concluding her dance, Malti Devi's anger intensifies, and she fiercely calls Nakul, demanding that he locates Anupama and uncovers the reason behind her decision not to go to America.
Determined to get answers, she resolves to personally speak with Anupama later that night, taking matters into her own hands.
